Biostimulator & Volumizer

Spider Vein Treatment
Sclerotherapy with Asclera® (polidocanol) is a well-established treatment for managing and reducing varicose veins and spider veins. Polidocanol is a sclerosing agent that irritates the lining of the blood vessels, causing them to collapse and stick together. The treated veins eventually turn into scar tissue and are reabsorbed by the body. Polidocanol is known for its effectiveness in treating both small spider veins and larger varicose veins. The procedure typically requires little to no downtime, and patients can often resume normal activities immediately. It often takes a few weeks to see the full results, as the treated veins gradually fade away. Multiple sessions may be needed depending on the severity of the veins. In addition to sclerotherapy, Dr. Kismet also offers Aerolase to help with small fine veins that are too small for sclerotherapy. Treatments start at $200.
RF Microneedling
Sylfirm® X and Morpheus 8® are RF microneedling devices we offer. Radiofrequency (RF) microneedling effectively address a variety of skin concerns but is amazing to improve texture, tone, scars, stretch marks, fine lines and wrinkles. Additionally it can be used for body contouring and to stimulate hair growth on the scalp or beard. To provide more comfort, we apply topical numbing ointment or locally inject to provide extra comfort. RF microneedling benefits various body parts including the face, neck, chest, arms and abdomen. Additionally, RF microneedling can be used on ALL skin types unlike many lasers. Dr. Kismet’s team also can use traditional microneedling with microneedling pens to help with texture and scarring. PDO Threads
PDO (polydioxanone) threads are a versatile and effective option for non-surgical skin tightening and rejuvenation. Mono threads are fine smooth or twisted threads used to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes thus producing collagen and elastin. Mono threads help to improve skin texture, firmness, and elasticity. Lifting threads have barbs that anchor into the skin, allowing for a non-surgical lift for sagging or loose skin while also stimulating collagen and elastin production for long-term improvement in areas like the face, neck, arms, chest, abdomen, and thighs. PDO threads are a minimally invasive alternative to traditional facelifts. Some lifting and tightening effects can be seen right after the procedure with further improvement as collagen production continues. Dr. Kismet uses both Novathread® and Miracu® threads.
